For me, there were so many good points in this book. I can’t pick a favorite.

The one that still amazes me is the chapter on Obedience to Authority. Especially the experiment in 1965 by scientist Stanley Milgram.

Of course, I’ve seen this before because I’m a life long student of people’s behavior. But what I wonder about now is what the results of this study would be with members of Generation X or the Millennials. Has core human nature changed with the different socialization of the children of the baby boomers? Do our young people still have an innate reaction to obey someone they recognize as an “authority’?

Does being an “authority” still have the power it did with my baby boomer generation?
